So I have a website! After a long time in the making I finally believe that I have designed and built a website which truly reflects my passion and determination in sailing and one which hopefully will tell my story of the Olympic dream well.
Training over the winter at Weymouth & Portland.
In the build up for the summer international events, I recently competed at the RYA Youth Nationals in Pwllheli, Wales. Sailing in the Laser Standard fleet (the Mens Olympic singlehanded dinghy) there was extremely tough competition throughout the five day competition in a broad range of conditions. I generally sailed well and managed to win the silver medal, although I was disappointed to lose out on 1st place by only 2 points! I am currently writing a full report about the event so watch this space.
I'm now getting stuck into some solid training and am looking forward to the challenges that lie ahead.
