Our newest product, this is an ultra lightweight carbon fibre stalk for the @allen_sailing mast head wind indicator. This replaces the standard, heavy, stainless steel edition that comes with a normal Aerovane. Tailored specifically for ILCAs but compatible with any class with a mast head burgee.

Why carbon? 75% lighter than the standard stainless steel stalk, this saves valuable weight up at the top of the mast where you want everything to be as light as possible.

Carbon: 4 grams.

Standard stainless: 17 grams.

It’s a modest saving but when every centimetre counts, why would you buy heavier?
